Lemoyne Star of the Month - Group 1
Come learn to make Lemoyne Stars! Deb Tucker has designed 7 different Lemoyne star techniques. Each month from February 1st to September 6th you will learn a new technique and make 2 blocks using the technique. At the end of 7 months, you will have 12 focus blocks and 4 half blocks to make unique blocks of your own or use as the corners of your quilt border.
Fabric needed: We are calling this a stash busting project. We ask that you buy your background fabric from our shop if planning to make your finished blocks into a quilt as our instructor did.
Yardage needed of the background fabric: 2.5 yards.
Each month will be a different Lemoyne star, which will require anywhere from 2 to 5 different fat quarters of fabric.
