Heart Song Table Runner or 4 Placemats
This table runner is created by sewing strip set and using the bargello quilt-as-you-go technique. The hearts are added using raw edge applique if desired.
Supplies needed:
Sewing machine and your favorite notions
Fabric needed: (as shown on pattern)
1/4 yd light pink
1/2 yd pink
1/4 yd dark pink
1/2 yd light red
1/4 red
1 yd dark red (includes binding amount)
1 1/4 yd white
2 yd backing
3 yd thin bonded batting
2 yd iron on fusible web if adding hearts.
It is suggested that you do pre cutting and sewing of the strip sets together before class.
